These fixtures have a lower weight capacity than floor-mounted fixtures, but provide a streamlined look and full access for cleaning the floor and urinal surfaces. They have a back opening for the waste line and a spud atop the fixture for connecting to a flush valve (flushometer).

Missing parts
When it showed up, the instructions were missing along with a rubber washer that was supposed to come with it. I bought a washer at a local hardware store, then had to spend a lot of extra time basically guessing how to install it.
