    Takes a Bit of Time to Learn

    Once I figured out how to use the printer wirelessly, I have been most pleased. Fast printing if you use "economical printing" and even fast if you do not. Ink quality is great. Love the feature of how the printer drawer opens when one is printing. Sturdy. Great features: copy, scan, print. Just follow the instructions for setting up the printer and use the CD software that comes with the printer. I highly recommend this printer. Reasonably priced and works GREAT!

    Don’t rely on this for Wi-Fi printing

    Initially was an easy setup and working well. When a power outage occurred and my Wi-Fi modem reset this would not reconnect despite seeing the modem. Multiple password tries, factory reset, setup through my desktop after factory reset. Nothing worked. Every other Wi-Fi enabled device in my house is working just fine. Gave up. Printer is lying in pieces in the rain on my back porch. Never again HP.

    excellent home printer

    This HP printer was easy to set up. Instructions for the printer were so so but there are several good videos on YouTube that shows how to set up on your home network. HP brand ink is expensive but there are several sellers on Ebay that sell non OEM brand ink that works great. Have set up 4 devices (laptop, cell phone, tablet and desktop) on printer network and they are all working great. Printer prints fast and haven't had any problems with it.

    Good printer, quick printing.

    Bad service from HPHelp online. Instructions not clear for wireless printing and I needed help, I’m 75 years old and have had many HP printers with no problems but online help didn’t work for me. Finally got a landline # and help. It’s a battle to speak to anyone from Hp on a telephone so good luck if you need assistance. Be careful not to get a fraudulent Hp help line!

    If you are NOT an electronic geek.

    If you did not grow up in the computer generation it is NOT easy to set up! It does not have directions for senior citizens. Keeping in mine this is not my first printer or computer. I follow directions easily. JUST not good directions to set it up. Finally got it but took 4 hours. Do like the looks, the area it covers is smaller than previous HP. It prints well and so far I like the instant ink offer.
