    Item was not in “new” new condition but I was still happy with it. I was happy to get it at a better price after negotiating with the seller. Shipping was an issue but not fault of seller. USPS sent the package on an extended trip instead of just coming to me. Item was packed good, the tape used on the box was the talk of the mail carriers at the post office LOL

    I've tried twice to get in touch with this dealer and no response. When I got it ..It was in pieces.. Not all the sellers fault. Shippers are not gentle with packages but the seller should have packed the inside of the merry a go round where it would not have any movement. The merry go round itself was completely off the ceramic base.And all the children were in pieces..
