I love it even more because of the price that I paid - it is an exceptional deal especially with the one-year warranty for a refurbished item. I did have an issue connecting it to wifi - the GE module on the back of the appliance did not match the GE module wifi name so it wouldn't connect. I called GE support who made me aware that the appliance was previously connected to wifi (!), but helped me get connected with no issues. I took everything out and noticed I was missing the single serve filter basket. I contacted the seller and the responses were so generic it was like communicating with a robot. Instead of sending me the missing accessory they said they would offer a $10 refund which DOESNT even cover purchasing the missing part. Which I had to get ($25). Or send entire machine back for refund.
