    Slim but don't be fooled.

    This antenna is slim but don't be fooled. It is my first Francis antenna and it works extremely well. At 4.5 feet, I did have to trim about 1/2 inch but did get my SWR down to 1.1 and 1.2 on channels 1 and 40. Receives very well also. I am also using this antenna with a heavy duty antenna spring on the top center of my extended cab pickup truck, using a tram 3 mag, 5 inch Mag Mount that I have redone with LMR-240UF coax cable. Does a fantastic job. Would definitely purchase again.
