It had everything else that it was supposed to have, and it works for my iPhone SE first gen phone. It's noise cancelling to an extent, but the WF-C500 have better noise cancelling! Bluetooth pairing was not autom so I had to press the button in the back of the case for a few seconds, with the buds inside, in order to pair it, because these things were probably used!Follow-up from: e***e- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.The left air bud is kind of defective. It only charges to 70% and drains very fast. I got it because I wanted a purple Sony in ear wireless headset like my other colorful Sony WF-C50 ones! I just wish I didn't have to sixty-something dollars for them to somewhat work!
