    I had a horrible experience with this particular unit.

    My first impression of this particular unit since it would feed well; however, the unit eventually had trouble with the cartridge travel. It would hang up and jam. The next problem was I could not scan with this unit but this may be with the download from Support HP. For now I have been working with three deficient printers - this printer, another 4580 and 4480. I was not able to work with Squaretrade since I could not scan the receipt or whatever I have to their website.
