Unfortunately, while the item was wrapped in bubble wrap, part of the mounting portion was cracked when it arrived. Seller immediately addressed my concerns and offered me options to resolve it. We came to agreement on one and again, seller took action immediately. Not a perfect experience, but I recommend seller for price and service.
