    This is the second time that I have ordered this product, not from the same supplier but in both cases, the product showed as being shipped with a tracking number yet the product was never received in either case. Pretty frustrating since it was a Christmas present. With some back and forth e-mails credit was give on both, but still the transaction leaves a bad taste for me and a present that I still have to get. If you do not have the product, do not list it and certainly give a tracking #.
