    Bought woodstove and arrived with a broken back leg and a cracked glass pane (despite being very well packaged). Obvious rough treatment by the shipper as it is a very heavy stove. Contacted the Seller and they arranged to send out replacement pieces and shipped very quickly by FedEx. Very grateful for the customer service. Great stove. Thank you!
