      First of all, when I did receive the stove the box wasn't in the best condition. The stove inside looked perfect though. My concern was the whole shipping process. I order it on 2/11. Delivery between 2/15 and 2/24. I contacted the seller on 2/21 and was told it would be mailed out 2/22. Eleven days to mail it out? It was not mailed out until 2/26. I received it 3/3. Basically 3 weeks to get it from California. Not happy with the customer service at all.
