    The tie was sold as a “Vintage Men’s Tie” as you will see in the photo I’ve attached, it was simply unusable except under a vest or sweater. That was simply unacceptable. However, the seller graciously accepted it back with a full refund despite selling it as a no refund sale. He also assisted in helping me get a return shipping label from eBay. A lesson learned on my part will be to ask for a tie’s length if not provided in the description. Thanks again to @newbeginnings32
