The listing made it seem like a proper HVAC-grade unit, but it’s a single-stage pump and did NOT include the vacuum pump oil. It’s not capable of pulling a deep enough vacuum for my job. I also didn’t get any warning or detail about the missing oil. This was a waste of time and set my project back.

Sure its cheap but I expect the clamps to be good atleast. I contacted the seller with no response and very disappointed with the product and seller. I absolutely would not buy from them again unless they make it right.

Package arrived this date, 8/12/2024, and is being returned today. Note that the package arrived "totally beat up" thanks to USPC. Showed it as arrived to the clerk at the post office but we informed that I had to comletely retape the package before the USPC would accept. It arrived very quickly and was a good quailty window in great condition. The company did package it well. However the window didn't fit but the company worked with me and ended up giving me a full refund. I hate I couldn't keep the window it was so nice and our old one was broken. Would definitely recommend buying from this company. They are honest and have good customer service.
