    Lost 1 hearing aid that was no longer insured for loss. Seller offered exact same hearing aid set $100 cheaper than replacing one (1) hearing aid through my audiologist. Seller was responsive to all my questions and shipped the programmed aids ASAP by putting the package in their shipment locker at the local, rural USPS. Their USPS didn't check the locker for several days, so I didn't receive the hearing aids until the following week. Would have paid for expedited shipping if available.
