    Excellent and not just for people with Eczema but anyone who wants to improve their diet and learn about the foods they are eating.

    This is a wonderful book for anyone suffering from any kind of skin condition. She explains why the foods are on her plan and how the ingredients in foods whether natural or added affect the body. The diet is very alkaline because the average western diet is very acidic . I also suffer from acid reflex and have taken Zantac for many years for it. After a week on this diet I no longer have had to take any Zantac and it has been 2 weeks now. I was warned that the diet is very restrictive so I was surprised when every week she adds other foods and there is also many good recipes in the book. This is a good book for anyone who just wants to learn how to eat better. I'm glad I bought it.

    Great info

    great info. Gave it 4 stars only becauce it contradicts itself quite a bit with the website. Wouldn't say its the answer to cure everyones eczema becauce everyones body reacts different to different foods and allergens, but its definitely a great starting point.
