    The seller listed the phone as brand new, but it was clearly used. The total call time shows 0120:02:56 (see photo). The packaging is fake, the back cover is scratched, and the original sticker showing SIM/SD positions is missing. The seller admitted the mistake after more than 10 messages but refused to send a truly new phone or refund the price difference between the used and new device ($36.62). I have no trust in this seller.
