    Not my 1st. Choice

    Decent camera quality/picture quality, but it doesn't stack up to a nest camera, the one I bought I simply put into areas of non importance. The drawback I don't like about this camera, unlike the "nest" Camera you cannot control when the night vision goes on or off. but you can with nest the night vision works good but you can't select one or the other on your own, it is an automatic built-in feature on this camera

    Works great - sometimes

    I use this for on demand viewing on an Ipad. The camera is 20 feet from the wifi router, my ipad is in the same area. Sometimes I wake up the camera from the ipad and it works instantly. Other times is just sits there spinning. This is a new item just released two months ago. Maybe they should have beta field trialed more.

    Not theft-proof

    I guess the only thing I don't understand about this product is how it won't be stolen, especially if kept outdoor. It is just to the base by a really strong magnet. It can easily be detached. I read somewhere that it can set of an alarm if detached, but what's the use of that really? Also, yes it can be wireless because it has an internal battery but it won't last that long so you will have to plugging it.

    WIRELESS QUESTIONABLE

    Setup was easy, does stay "online" when plugged in, however; when unit is outside and completely wireless connection is not very good even with router being only 10 feet away inside home. Also, sensitivity adjustment for motion doesn't seem to adjust as it does pick up movement 15-20 yards away during daylight hours regardless of setting. As far as recording during evening hours, unless outside your home is lit up like Lincoln Financial Field, infrared will pick up silhouettes but nothing distinctive. To be honest, really didn't expect too much from a product this inexpensive, but mounted at the right location it probably will act as a good deterrent.

    great if not stolen

    got stolen, but the other won't charge as tried to seek replacement usb plug. One thing I wish could be used my own cell data as has to be wifi. Person caught stealing canary from another camera.
