    First of all the product arrives on time, secondly the product was well packaged, even if the delivery guy handled it roughly, it would not get damaged. The technician guy got it installed in minutes, then he ran in a little bit of issue as the code in the book didn't work, but I reached out to the seller and he responded immediately and we got it to work, the screen looks and works so good, even my son who has a 2025 M3 was impressed.
