    Thyroid

    I take this supplement for Hyperthyroidism. It works great. I do not have to take prescription medication anymore for my Thyroid which had my hair coming out and didn't work as good as this......Very Very happy with this product. Also my doctor said I could continue to take it because my blood levels are good.

    Ashwagandha

    This obviously affects different people in different ways. I had a horrible experience with it. I took 1 pill at night and the next morning I woke up to break outs so I stopped taking it and 24 hours later i got my period 9 days early. I have changed nothing in my diet or supplements other then this. It obviously affects hormones and not in a good way for me. I love all Gaia Herb products with the exception of this one.

    Seems to be a good product

    I recieved this product 3 days before schedule. I have only been on it for a couple of days, but do notice that I sleep for longer periods of time in the past two nights. Fingers crossed it stays this way!

    This is the best supplement of its kind!

    I've tried other brands, they wind up being way too strong for me. Gaia herbs ashwagandha is a lifesaver for me. It gives me energy without making me jittery, it puts me in a better mood, and I sleep better because of it.
