The product I ordered was not correct and the carrier damaged the shipment. I took pictures to prove to the seller sent the wrong product and the damaged items. They were willing to ship a new order free of charge but it was out of stock. They never required the pictures and refunded my entire purchase price even though some of the shipment was useable. I have not installed, I bought it for a spare part so I cannot attest to the working condition of the control. The control came unboxed and had dust on one side, so it appears to have been on a shelf for awhile. There is no way to tell if the control is new or not, as came unboxed. I would have preferred that the control came boxed or in sealed packaging. The price was lower than other sellers, so maybe the control in was bought in bulk, unboxed.
