    Good starter 3d printer

    Xyzprinting Da Vinci Mini maker is a wonderful entery level 3d printer. Setup and start up are easy to get going and printing in no time. Comes with tools and 300 g of filament. Software is on xyzprinting website and cura can also be used for slicing software. All in all this is a good product for beginners looking to get into 3d printing.

    Fairly detailed miniatures considering the low cost.

    I wanted a 3D printer to create miniatures for my tabletop gaming group. This printer was the cheapest model I could find that I felt comfortable purchasing. Considering the low cost (I purchased mine for just about $100), the miniatures it has produced are fairly detailed. The creations do need some minor cleaning, but nothing beyond what I would expect from most 3D printers. For the cost, it was easy to use (particularly with the computer application) and creates good products.

    Great printer!

    It's a great printer...very addictive.. very user friendly. I had it set up and printing in about 25 minutes. ..filament prices are reasonable. It can handle just about any 3d model you throw at it.... flawless!

    98% just add glue

    I was looking for a "out of the box" printer, and this worked, but only after adding a little glue to the top of the tape. So first two prints didn'twork, then added glue (let it dry) and it has worked since. Software has a couple quirks, but easy otherwise (close setting panel before clicking start print).
