Samsung has a lot of nice features. My only concern is that when I unlock the screen it sorta "crackles" or "sizzles" briefly. It's been that way from the beginning and does not appear to be getting worse. Its just for a moment. Just once an electrical streak flashed from the top edge of the screen to my finger, but under the screen not above. But it seems to work fine. The processor is fast and casts wirelessly to my ROKU flawlessly if I first clear all recently opened apps. I imagine another GB of memory would eliminate having to clear those but it isn't a problem for me. Your warranty period is very good so having mentioned the screen unlocking behavior I'm going to just monitor it. I'm typing on the unit now without a problem.

Thin, crisp lines and clear graphics. A responsive tablet with a screen that's large enough for most all uses yet small enough to carry in most inside coat pockets. Charging time is reasonable and battery life is good enough for a long day, about 10-12 hours. Setup is straight forward except when it comes to transferring data from an older computer, tablet or iPh9ne. There are built-in steps and instructions to help you transfer data external data. Unfortunately it assumes you understand USB cabling jargon. The instructions only say to you need to "connect" the two devices. Actually, you'll need to a USB-A Male to USB-C Female cable which is not included. Fortunately, they can be purchased inexpensively: $2-5. I'd recommend a slim protector case. The heavy-duty protection is only necessary for rough use. I recommend this because the 10.4 and larger tablets are narrow, thin and can feel slippery so it CAN slip right out of your hands. The good ones can be purchased on-line, since manufacturers typically sent the good ones to brick and mortar companies. Over all, from my experience, I'd say the device is most satisfactory for my use.Read full review

Replaced an older Samsung tablet I bought for my wife with this one. So far she has been very pleased. She likes the sound quality and the larger screen. It was also a breeze to set up.

The Samsung perform well. Has more features than I'll ever be able to master. Two things that give me problems. 1. Screen is too touch sensitive. 2. Turn off system works too fast. Otherwise I'm satisfied with the tablet.
