Item as described and pictured, BUT the one we received was not very well looked at in the refurbish process. It came with broken components. It did arrive in the original box and all packing material was correct. The seller sent a return shipping label. We returned it and they refunded the full price. They offered to refund us the difference of another purchase at current price if we decided to buy another one.

Product as described. Shipping and packaging good. Had a general question about refurbished product since I’m new to this. The response, although not nasty or negative, it came off as rather smart.
