Wow, these efficient and professional eBay seller, hit All the correct buttons/keys to make sure this item arrived in a timely manner, although tracking information is definitely not up to date , item packaged in a thin plastic bag by one of the Big box store's, not packed very well to say the least but the grill does work if you smack/slap it in just the right spot (that information not covered/explained in the owners manual) took a bit of time to get it Hot, not sure about it working right?!?
