They have excellent service for which there is a price, but the price is in line with the quality of service. It was just luck that I found Grainger on ebay. The item was available for a bit less from other sellers. To me, Grainger was worth a few dollars extra.

FedEx literally tossed this item in the middle of our road with the oil and mud and it was run over yet Fedex marked it delivered and went on the merry way. I was thankful and pleased with Grainger's excellent customer service!
