It arrived in good condition and the appearance was good considering the box was destroyed in the shipping. There were no installation instructions (probably lost in shipping) but this was my second one of these starters and I knew how to adjust the starter gear projection etc. Water had ruined my first starter from rust and corrosion on the inside but the first starter would have lasted if it had a drain hole.(new 1 does now!) Thanks Dave

By the time the box finally arrived it was so damaged it’s amazing the alternator wasn’t broken. This was so poorly packed - no wrapping or cushion of any kind.
