Took too long to ship out item but still communicated to let me know that item was shipped almost two weeks after purchase from overseas. Not so Great service because of delay in shipping and communication, thanks.

The new speaker really fits my needs. It has a crisp, LOUD sound as expected. It It was exactly as described with all of the pertinent specifications and description. The shipping and delivery were alright as the item was coming from Japan. The item was shipped in a sturdy box for protection. I would give this shipper a "5" on everything.
