Item arrived with the primary packaging ripped and the seal opened. Not ‘new’ and ‘unopened’ as described. It’s for a birthday present and there is insufficient time to return and receive a new one. Contacted seller who tried to say the packaging must have been opened during transit. The primary packing was within another box which showed no sign of being opened or damaged so seller is trying to sell opened second hand goods as new items.
