Item as described in some respects but didn't mention the crank and carb are pretty stuck (I'm sure I can loosen them up). But price was great and shipping fast. Wish item would have been combined with another purchase from same seller to save on shipping though. Would buy from again though.

Charger was not operable when received. It powered on but was not able to charge. .It is NOT like the seller knew it was bad, it powered on. SELLER WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND AND REFUNDED WITH NO PROBLEMS..... GOOD SELLER
