    Design could be better

    The holder was described correctly, and is made of good quality, but the design with the rails on the bottom supporting the K-cups allows the K-cups to get unbalanced leaning sideways. I have currently seen this product with a fine wire mesh on the bottom that would support the cups in a upright position. I will not change this out anytime soon. And I am happy with my purchase.

    Good but could be improved...

    Fresh from the box drawer sticks really bad and is hard to pull. There are no pads for the feet so I almost pulled everything off the counter trying to open it. Easy solution, wipe side of drawer with a little cooking oil and buy non slip tabs and attach to the four corner edges. Now it works beautifully!!

    Not as expected

    It is a little flimsy and it slides when you open it, you must have something with weight on the top. Would be nice if it had some rubber feet
