The printer is a good value for the price but even though the manual for its use is online you should still send one with the product. Some people like me don't want to go online for every question that they have about the use of the printer. It's easier just to have the manual in my hands for easy look up.

Very easy set-up. Although some users report the unit will lose internet connection if unplugged. The problems I have are jamming. Instructions indicate you can load 5 envelopes - but if you do the printer snatches all 5 at the same time, then jams. Sometimes also jams on standard printer paper. Virtually every time I use it I have to clear a jam. Almost impossible to read the LCD status screen - I have to use a flashlight to read it. Great price, but cannot recommend it!

I had the Cannon Pixma 492 for years,and loved it.But it needed help,so I got this Cannon TR 4720.It was as close to what I had before,and yes I really like it.Not mention the price was outstanding(I could afford it)I do recommend it to anyone.I looked at the newer ones with the ink refills,but the reviews weren't quit as good .So I am happy with what I got.Thank you.
