This item was listed as New returned form amazon thats hasn't been open YOU couldve sent me the pictures showing me that it was broken and you could of also request a return therfore if it was broken i could have sent you out a return but to call me a scam is over the line so check yourself what makes you think ill give you a refund and let you keep the item seems kinda fishy to me
