Item as shown. Didn't ship right away. Wrapped shoes with a rubber band - great for wrinkling the leather!! And put inside a plastic baggy inside box. Definitely doesn't know how to ship shoes and cost too much for shipping. Their answer to my question was not what I asked. Not worth the effort. Won't do business with them again.
