Having never bought a refurbished phone before I was curious what condition the phone would be in. I was pleasantly surprised that it was in excellent condition as advertised. I could not find any signs of previous wear and tear. It was factory reset so setup was the same as a new phone. So after a week of use I can say that I highly recommend this phone. If I had to take away half a star it would be for the fingerprint sensor which works sometimes and not others. But the set up for that feature may just need to be re-done. Overall a good purchase.

Pros and cons. First, the BIG con: this phone is NOT compatible with Windows 7. No OnePlus phone is, it seems. So if you're still using Windows 7, tough luck, pal. I spent days getting the run-around from their customer no-service because the truth is, they never programmed the drivers to work with Win 7. You have been warned. PRO: Amazing cameras.Incredible low-light performance. Wonderful bokeh effects. I was blown away. That said, image processing is a bit aggressive at times, yielding some almost HDR-like levels of detail people may not want (such as heightening wrinkles.) But all in all, bug thumbs-up. PRO: weight and comfort and balance are great. PRO lightning-fast charging, great battery. PRO: excellent screen with strong color reproduction. PRO: Good call quality. CON: Texting could be better. The keyboard layout means constantly switching between two screens for numbers and punctuation (unlike Samsung which smartly adds an extra row to avoid that.) Typing is laggy, which means lots of typos, and fixing them is WAY more of a hassle than ti was on my old LG, even with all the assistants turned off. CON: Some apps did not load perfectly (PVZ2) leading to inability to access some screens CON: Unable to download video from filemail - weird compatibility issue. CON: Gorilla Glass 3 is OK but not as strong as later editions, which means at some point you will crack your screen In short, I would have kept the phone except for the stopper of being unable to connect to Win 7. PC. I traded it in for a Samsung S52, which connected immediately to my PC, all apps loaded perfectly, and so far seems to be a WAY better phone. Read full review

This is my first ever "budget" phone and so far I'm satisfied. Battery life is a full two days between recharges. Connectivity on the Sprint/T-Mobile network is very dependable in my area. The display is bright, crisp, and well saturated. The still camera is good. The video camera is excellent. Audio playback quality over a bluetooth speaker or car system is excellent. If you buy one invest in a good case because this phone is not rated for dust or water resistance. Also, no wireless charging--cable only. I usually buy last-year's "flagship" phone to save a buck. A minty new N10 is even cheaper. No buyer's remorse so far. A very good phone at an amazing price.
