This is a fun and easy workout which I was introduced to at a local church's "Sit and Be Fit" exercise group. I am in good health but wanted something low impact but yet strengthening. Susan is SO motivating and genuinely pleasant that it is a joy to use this DVD no matter what my general feeling about exercise that day! Additionally, I had a shoulder injury that was still painful after many months but not severe enough to require surgery. The first time I used this DVD at the church group I noticed a great relief in the shoulder pain. I was able to find, use and strengthen muscles naturally that helped support that joint. As an RN, I was thrilled to be able to find a "therapy" that was so easy, fun and one I could almost feel working. My physician happily endorsed the resistance band exercises too. The only comment about something I might change would be that some of the exercises CAN be done standing, too, with less stress on my lower back (another area of concern for me). But generally this DVD is a bright and welcome workout that allows me to develop muscle awareness and help my body to strengthen and heal itself.Read full review
I bought this video for our chair exercise group at our senior center. So far did just the first session but they seemed to like it.

I have a knee injury. It was good for that injury. It is good for a therapeutic tape. The work out would also be good for someone that has problems standing. I could really feel it in my upper body. The resistance band made all the difference.
