This order was well-packaged and arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, this fan did not work out for me, as it was defective. That can happen with everything manufactured. After explaining the details to the Seller, they honored a refund within a few days after delivery, and were very pleasant. I really do not want to rate the fan just because I received a lemon, but if this feedback forces me to do so, I'll give it a 3-Star. If it hadn't been defective, I would've gladly given it a 5-Star.
