Mis-packaged, resulting in having to drive to PO, wait in line, and pay $0.40 seller was short for my $1.69 card. Wasted over 20 minutes of my life. Seller reimbursed the $0.40 but blamed the post office and refused to have any sort of accountability. I hate leaving negative feedback but the seller could have easily made things right over a silly $1.69 card. I guess it’s more important for some people to be right then to have accountability. Will not buy from this seller again….my time counts!

To clarify for anyone reading feedback, this customer's item was not mis-packaged. Their local post office made a mistake by adding a $0.40 fee to the eBay standard envelope, for which I refunded this buyer. I would have been open to refunding the buyer for the entire purchase, but 1) I was insulted and berated by the buyer via eBay messages while trying to work things out and 2) the buyer still received the item. I hope this poor buyer didn't waste too much time writing their feedback...
