    Unrated Version = Better Version

    The Ring Two isn't as good as the first, however the Unrated Edition is packed with so many special features as well as so many new scenes not seen in the Theatrical release. The DVD itself came in perfect condition, no scratches, no DVD wear, nothing, it came perfectly!

    Very disappointing- I was expecting A LOT more...

    I am a fan of The Ring and was, unfortunately, VERY disappointed by this sequel. I was expecting there to be more continuity between this movie and the first and was hoping for more info. about Samara's life, death and motives. Instead, I found the storyline difficult to follow and very similar to the movie Dark Water. [If you don't already know, Dark Water, The Ring, The Ring Two and The Grudge were all created by the same people. Although I believe there are storyline similarities between all 4 movies this one just felt like they ran out of ideas...there was NOTHING unique about it]. Many of the ideas/characters that were introduced during the movie were just dropped by the end and forgotten about. For example, there is a BIZARRE scene in which Rachel and Aiden are (literally) attacked ...

    Very scary the second time around!

    This movie was very scary to me. I decided to buy it because when I originally saw it on the dvd release the ending was damaged. I watched it on my HDtv which was nice. The special effects were really cool. There was some scenes with the little boy that made no sense to me if this was happening to me, I would say something, which is why I only gave it a GOOD rating. It lived up to the first one but the first one was really cool and very scary. Overall, I would recommend this movie. I definitely didn't watch it at night, too chicken I guess. Lol.

    Watch it alone or not alone...that is the question...?

    This movie was mostly based in Seattle and Oregon metro areas. I went to a school close to Port Townsend in which they filmed the first movie. I'd have to say that the second one stuck me alot more then the first. The first one had kinda of a cheesy teenager line to it which is mostly who gets drawn to some of these story lines. However, the second one involved a whole family, the risk of potentially loosing her son because of unexplained situations and the paranormall.... This is a must see. Its worth the time and investment. That is coming from a movie critic..

    Good Sequal

    While this one is not as scary as the first I thought it was a good sequal. There are a couple interesting scenes that are confusing at first but as you go more into the movie you begin to understand. A few more things are shown about the little girl and helps you understand her a little more. I thought the actors did a great job all around. If you liked the first this is a really good movie to check out.
