I received two dead dried up plants in a sealed bag in the mail. I ordered these from EBay and they came from Amazon. Seller says they have an Amazon warehouse. I immediately let the seller know. Their response was oh I’m so sorry.
So I started a return.
I waited two days with no response from seller.

Their response was we are done on our side.
