It was very UNPLEASANT experience! The ring in person were darker blue which triggered my concern. I checked with local jeweler and he verified stone as Topaz, not aquamarine. I notified seller and they auth return. Upon receipt, seller reported me as "Item Not in Original Condition" to resolution center. It was outrageous and dishonest claim. The ring was not worn and only being verified by a local jeweler. Avoid dealing with this one! The seller made a mistake and blamed the buyer in it!

This buyer decided to bring the ring which was aqua marine, the jewelry removed the ring from the setting and did not put it back inand broke one of the progs that holds the ring in place. Ebay saw the message from the buyer which indicates her taking the ring to jeweler. I am an honest seller but like ebay they knew this was not an honest statement from the buyer. As a result I was willing to refund this buyer but ebay said they would take the necessary actions.
