Looks brand new!! Well packaged. Came with everything it was supposed to. Screws came in unopened bags. All parts and screws were rock solid. No wobnle in bed. Made slight adjustment to level z bar. Item as described and pictured, BUT the one we received was not very well looked at in the refurbish process. It came with broken components. It did arrive in the original box and all packing material was correct. The seller sent a return shipping label. We returned it and they refunded the full price. They offered to refund us the difference of another purchase at current price if we decided to buy another one.
