Fork is less than half the weight of my prior fork. Took it on some rocky terrain and it ate it up. I had converted it to 120MM suspension. Was a little difficult but the youtube video from take a hike bike store has all the right steps for the conversion. I had one issue with the spinning oil plug which I had to turn from the top after taking out the air plunger. I've considered putting this on my marin rift zone 2 which has a rock shock recon rl 120MM because of the weight to see how it rides.

Out of the box the fit and finish on this is excellent. Once set up the fork performs very well with great dampening and decent enough small bump compliance for the price range. Only small gripe I have is that there are no bolt-on provisions to secure your brake lines so you'll also need cable ties, but that's not a big deal.

Lighter than most of the expensive Rockshox offering out there. Doesn't have thick stancions as the higher end models but for my needs, it more than does the job.

This is the best fork I've owned so far for the entry level forks. I've upgraded this with the ABS+ damper and it runs like a champ!
