This is the Auto Sears 135/2.8 that looks like the Takumars, with M42 (screw mount) all metal, solid, not the others. This lens is great and has taken the place of my SMC Takumars 135/2.5. Well, not completely, but competing with it. Buy it if you see it.
Kind of nice color and contrast, smooth, quiet bokeh. Gorgeous softening effect on the macro mode. Good quality housing (fully matal), user-friendly controls. (PK-mount)
Lens too small to take advantage of f 2.8 Doesn't work well on a Dslr Work's best at F 4 ..............
Just went for test drive with this lens attached to a Canon 600D, i love the bokeh and it's pretty sharp wide open, the colors are superb.
