SOLID GOLD vendor. Shipment discovered to be lost in the mail and he REFUNDED immediately. It is UNFAIR for EBAY to allow 23 bad feedback by one irate customer to affect this quality vendor so dramatically. I hope this feedback helps.

Seller shipped large seeds in a flat paper envelope, which was destroyed during shipping and resulted in none of the seeds making it to me. A padded envelope would have prevented this loss, as this is typically how seeds are sent. While the seller quoted "narrow profit margins" as the reason they could not replace or refund my order, I would have happily paid an increase in shipping cost to insure receiving my package. Unfortunately, I will not be buying from this seller again.

This is incorrect! We did inform them that they would receive a refund! However, we just needed them to open a case with eBay for the order so that we could utilize their Shipping Protection, as USPS had destroyed their package. If they had followed our suggestion and completed this process, they would have received a full refund for their order.
