The seller is a scammer, she sent me a defective audio converter. When I saw the issue of the item, I sent the video proof to her. But she insists on that the item is new, meanwhile, in fact it is without original sealed packing. The same product costs 2 times more expensive on Aliexpress.)) I suppose the item was returned from Amazon.

I sold this new item in its original packaging along with the instructions. I have sold others just like it and never had anyone tell me it was not new. I would NEVER sell an item as new if it wasn’t! I have offered a full refund to the buyer as $5.00 is not worth ruining my perfect feedback. He apparently would rather hurt me than accept the refund!! HE IS THE SCAMMER! Shame on you!! I do this for a living and you choose to hurt my livelihood! KARMA
