    I have been collecting church spiral bound recipe books for 46 years. I cooking with the horse and buggy people ll . This is a very interesting collection of amish recipes from 207 amish women of Holmes county Ohio. I am very satisfied with this recipe book. Will be purchasing another from this collection In the future.

    Amish Cookbook

    I have always been fascinated by the Amish lifestyle.And wanted to get some cookbooks by them.I enjoyed this cookbook very much because the recipes are homecooked comfort foods and they are easy to make.What I dont like about the cookbook is :alot of the bread recipes call for like 12-15 cups of flour.(I dont cook for an Army.)Some of the recipes call for a handful of this and a little of that with no baking temperatures or times. Overall, I would recommend this cookbook!It just shows you about the Amish and how they really cook for church gatherings and large families.
