But when I went to use the suction cup mount it would not stay attached to the window. I wrote them and told them I had this issue and the politely said return it. I explained I still wanted it and I had hoped they would have offered to replace the suction cup. I told them I found one for $8.00. They said they would refund me the $8.00 plus tax . And they did.

    Good headphones, cheap price.

    It's a steal getting these quality headphones at this price. If I didn't know these were refurbished I would think they were straight from the factory, brand new. The sound is good, clear and not grainy. The wireless bluetooth works amazingly. The battery lasts for so long on Bluetooth.Google says it can last 36 hours on one charge. I don't use the headphones for that long so I don't know if that's the case. To my surprise, these headphones came with a wire to connect to the headphone jack and a soft drawstring carrying bag. The headphones also fold for carrying easily. I enjoy these headphones a lot!

    Time will Tell

    These headphones seem to be a good product for the $. As with all "refurbished" electronics, we'll have to see how they hold up over time. At this time, I've been using these headphones daily and they have excellent sound and clarity. The best feature of these so far is the charging time is amazingly short, so that is a big plus to me.

    A nice simple design with great features

    This light weight headphone and its continuous battery life serves more than enough for my long trips. I could watch two full length movies on a transatlantic flight and still have 34% left by the time I land. The refurbished one I received was virtually brand new in a sealed box. Best deal in town.
