These multi-ink HP printers do wonderful prints with great color and definition. Main problem is that they can be touchy with the type or age of ink cartridges you use and they can give you error messages that at times are frustrating and difficult to deal with.

Item came much later then its expected date. Unit came with none of the original software to install machine.Unit will not copy 1/2 the page is just black. I needed it to print from my computer most of all which works fine, but due to a problem with the copying aspect I can not send a fax or scan.

I went from a Lexmark X-73, X-75, HP C-6280 to HP C-7280 and it was OK. I rate OK because this is my forth printer and it's one of the the best products out there to print up professional looking documents and photos. Lots of features like Wireless-LAN and Blue-Tooth and Dual-Side printing makes it a good decision as to why to select this printer. But they're some issues that come in the long term use of this like using non HP cartridges or expired ones will cause the unit to come up with errors (Some more serious ones like "Ink Delivery Failure"). The firmware is solely designed to prevent you from using non HP ink.
