    Just as described

    the chairs came in individual boxes in 7 pieces with all the hardware. You will need a hex tool to put together. some of the areas are tight spaces, but not too difficult to get to. The only thing I would have liked is something on the footrest to protect it. I ended up buying some black cord and wrapping it around one section of the footrest to protect it from scratches from shoes as it is made of wood and scratches easily. I love the color and the leather seats and back is very durable.
