Seller misrepresents listings by stating they are NEW, when in fact they are, USED, or at the very least NEW-OTHER. Ebay provides very explicit definitions for people that cannot understand logic, and believe deceptive listing pictures take precedence over proper categorization of products they list for sale. This seller provided two pictures, neither of which show the condition of the product I received. Compare the picture I provided with their listing pictures, and you decide.

1. Lens was New. And please compare his picture with the two posted in the listing. He was shipped exactly what was shown/pictured. Both show the clearness and condition of the lens and the maker and style on the edges. (his photo does not)
2. Please view pictures in any listing of mine. That is the item you will receive. They are not stock photos as buyer accused me of.
3. Please read through my other feedback. They show the truth of my many years of selling on eBay.

Seller still does not comprehend the definition of NEW, even though eBay clearly states "Sealed in original manufacturers packaging" . It does not state wrapped in scrap paper and bubble wrap. In desperation the Seller is now trying to imply I just happened to have a spare filter laying around that I took a picture of rather then the trash he sent me. Case was opened and eBay decided in my favor. Avoid this seller who would rather argue facts instead of fixing his mistake.
